TOWN OF NEENAH

STORM WATER UTILITY DISTRICT MEETING                                   

December 12, 2011, immediately following the Town Board Meeting

In attendance: Bob Schmeichel, Geoff Hibner, David Dexter, Jan DeKeyser, and Glenn Winkler

Also in attendance: Harry Sturgis

The meeting was called to order by the Chair at 8:26 pm.

Minutes – Supervisor DeKeyser moved to approve the minutes from October 19.  Supervisor Dexter seconded. The motion carried: 5/0.  Supervisor Dexter moved to approve the minutes from October 24 with Supervisor Hibner’s changes/additions.  Supervisor Hibner seconded.  The motion carried: 4/0. Supervisor DeKeyser abstained as she was absent for the meeting.   

Discussion/Action

Approve the 2012 Storm Water Utility District Budget – Supervisor Dexter moved to approve the total spending of $259,200.  Supervisor DeKeyser seconded.  The motion carried: 5/0.  The clerk will rework the format to work with accounts payable and the reporting needs of the MS4 annual report.

Supervisor Winkler moved to adjourn.  Supervisor Hibner seconded.  The motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 8:48 pm.
