LEGAL NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on October 17, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Neenah Town Hall, the Town Plan Commission will be meeting to consider various amendments to the Town’s existing Code of Ordinances. The revisions involve changes to election wards, changes to the dates of Trails Committee meetings, changes to the Traffic Code regarding town road weight limits, changes to definitions and deadlines in the Development Ordinance, revised administrative fees, and a new Storm Water Utility Ordinance. The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Board regarding the adoption of these amendments. All interested parties are encouraged to attend, but please note that this is not a public hearing. Members of the Town Board may be in attendance.

            PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that on November 14, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Neenah Town Hall, the Town Board will be conducting a public hearing on the Code of Ordinance amendments described above. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and will be allowed to comment. Members of the Plan Commission may be in attendance.
