NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF NEENAH,

WINNEBAGOCOUNTY

            Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 14, 2011, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2012 budget, which begins at 6:30 PM at the Town’s Municipal Building, 1600 Breezewood Lane, Neenah, a special town meeting of the electors will be held pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes:

1. To approve total highway expenditures for 2012 pursuant to Section 82.03 of Wisconsin Statutes.

1. To approve the 2011 town tax levy to be collected in 2012 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
