Public Hearing for a Proposed Amendment to the
Town of Neenah Comprehensive Plan

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., the Town of Neenah Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Harrison Sturgis Jr. for parcels south of Rockwood Lane, west of CTH CB, and north of Larsen Road. The purpose of the Land Use Plan amendment is to change certain parcels from residential and inactive lands to agriculture for consistency with agricultural zoning and proposed farming operations, and to change low density residential parcels fronting CTH CB to business. Interested parties should contact Town Clerk Robin Coburn at 725-0916 to set an appointment at the Town Hall during business hours to view the proposal. Written comments regarding the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan may be submitted to the Town Clerk’s office prior to the public hearing.
