Notice of Hearing – Discontinuance of Nancy Avenue and the un-Named Road in

Armstrong’s Original Plat

A public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Neenah at 1600 Breezewood Lane, Neenah, WI, on August 22, 2011, at 6:45 pm, to discuss proposed action to commence discontinuance of the following described roads (petition initiated by Paul and Bernice Meyer).

NANCY AVENUE CONSISTS OF PROPERTY 66 FEET IN WIDTH AND 96.73 FEET IN LENGTH LYING BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF PARCEL #010-0517, KNOWN AS LOT #13 IN ARMSTRONG’S ORIGINAL PLAT AND THE SOUTH LINE OF PARCEL #010-0516, KNOWN AS LOT #12 IN ARMSTRONG’S ORIGINAL PLAT.

THE UN-NAMED ROAD CONSISTS OF PROPERTY 21.9 FEET IN WIDTH AND 96.73 FEET IN LENGTH LYING BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF PARCEL #010-0080, A 14.06 PARCEL AND THE SOUTH LINE OF PARCEL #010-0518, KNOWN AS LOT 14 IN ARMSTRONG’S ORIGINAL PLAT.

The petitioner, Bernice Meyer, filed on March 2, 2011, separate documents for each road, in the Office of the Registry of Deeds for Winnebago County, Wisconsin, a petition and lis pendens related to the proposed discontinuance of pubic way.
