TOWN OF NEENAH STORMWATER UTILITY DISTRICT MEETING
October 30, 2009

In attendance: Bob Schmeichel, Jan DeKeyser, Glenn Winkler, and Dave Dexter
Absent: Geoff Hibner
Also in attendance: Nick Vandehey
Agenda:
1. Approve minutes from September 24 and October 15 meetings – Supervisor Winkler moved to approve minutes from both the September 24 and October 15 meetings. Supervisor Dexter seconded with one amendment to the October 15th minutes
(4040 sq.ft.). The motion carried: 4/0
2. Discussion/Action
a. Approve proposed submission to the DNR regarding quarries in the Town – Nick Vandehey reviewed the draft letter and documents to send to the DNR regarding quarries in the Town of Neenah and Stormwater management. Nick recommended using table 4 and 1for illustration of load reduction. Next steps: Nick will submit this information to Dave Mellon and schedule a meeting with Michels within two weeks. Town representatives will attend this meeting. Nick stressed the importance of implementing a credit policy.
Supervisor Winkler moved to adjourn the meeting. Supervisor DeKeyser seconded. The meeting adjourned by consensus at 2:05pm
