TOWN OF NEENAH STORMWATER UTILITY DISTRICT MEETING
November 23, 2009

In attendance: Bob Schmeichel, Jan DeKeyser, Glenn Winkler, and Dave Dexter
Absent: Geoff Hibner
Also in attendance: Harry Sturgis
1. Discussion/Action –
a. Approve minutes from October 30, November 3, and November 12 meetings – Supervisor Winkler moved to approve all minutes as listed above. Supervisor DeKeyser seconded with a change title on 11/3. Approved: 4/0
b. Agree when to charge a per diem for Stormwater Meetings – Supervisor DeKeyser moved to charge per diem for meetings that required a separate trip or combined meetings lasting longer than 4 hours. Supervisor Winkler seconded. Approved: 4/0. Should have the Town Board approve at next meeting – clerk will add to agenda.
c. Approve eliminating Stormwater charges for Town owned properties. Supervisor DeKeyser moved to eliminate the Stormwater charges from Town owned property. Supervisor Dexter seconded. The motion carried: 4/0
d. Budget workshop – Supervisor DeKeyser moved to approve the 2010 Stormwater Utility budget. Supervisor Winkler seconded. The motion carried: 4/0.
2. Claim filed by Michels ($145,506.20) – Supervisor DeKeyser moved to refer the claim to the town insurance company and Attorney John St. Peter. Supervisor Winkler seconded. The motion carried: 4/0
3. Adjourn – Supervisor Dexter moved to adjourn. Supervisor Winkler seconded. The meeting was adjourned with a vote of 4/0, at 8:18 pm.
