PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
Time and Date: Monday, November 16, 2009, 7:00 p.m.
Location of Meeting: Town of Neenah Town Hall
1600 Breezewood Lane, Neenah, WI 54956
In Attendance: Bob Schmeichel, David Dexter, Phil Langohr, Tom Stolla, Tom Wilde, and Tony Kranner
Absent: Jack Ise
Other Attendees: Harrison Sturgis, Jr. and Abby Langohr
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approve the minutes from the September 21st meetings – Tony Kranner moved to approve the minutes from September 21st. Dave Dexter seconded. The minutes were approved with one change (misc suggestions were made by Tom Wilde vs. Stolla): 6/0
3. Discussion/action
a. Accept application and set public hearing date for comprehensive plan amendment request made by Martenson & Eisle on behalf of Mr. Harrison Sturgis Jr. – Dave Dexter moved to accept the application and set a Public Hearing date of December 21, 2009. Tom Stolla seconded. The motion carried: 6/0
4. Motion to adjourn was made by Tom Wilde. Seconded by Phil Langohr . The meeting adjourned at 7:14 pm.
