TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
May 13, 2010, 10:00 am
Municipal Building

In attendance: Jan DeKeyser, Glenn Winkler, Bob Schmeichel, Dave Dexter, and Geoff Hibner
Also in attendance: Harry Sturgis, Brie Manteufel, and Brittany Franzke.
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am
1. Discussion/Action
a. Review final draft of Town of Neenah Ordinances – All ordinances were reviewed for final changes. The clerk will make all requested changes and date the final copy 5/13/2010
b. Adopt Ordinances – Chairman Schmeichel moved to adopt the code of ordinances with changes as requested. Supervisor Dexter seconded. The motion passed: 5/0
2. Adjourn – Chairman Schmeichel moved to adjourn the meeting. Supervisor DeKeyser seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 11:20 am: 5/0
