Plan Commission Meeting/Workshop

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Schmeichel at 4:02 p.m.
All members of the Commission were present (Julie Siefert arrived at 4:24 p.m.); plus Warren Utecht of Martensen & Eisele; and public members Harrison Sturgis and Ken Kiesau.
Warren Utecht reviewed revised map. Some streets, landfills, and future parks were added. The City of Neenah’s land use was added to areas within the City Growth Area. He also highlighted some of the the text changes that had been previously discussed.
Adoption of a resolution approving the preliminary Land Use Plan and setting a date for a public hearing will be on the agenda at the next regular Plan Commission meeting March 16. In the meantime, Warren Utecht will provide a copy of the Plan to East Central Wisconsin Regional Plan Commission.
The meeting adjourned at 4:37 p.m.
