MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
Town of Neenah Park Board
Held at the Town Hall – 1600 Breezewood Lane, Neenah, WI
Thursday, March 18, 2010, 7 PM
Present: Jan DeKeyser, Phil Langohr, Jim VandeSande,
Pete Weyenberg, Bill Keepers
Absent: Anne Neer, Jim Pawlowski
Also Present: Carlton Sealock, Jim Schmidt, Randy Kuehl, Trisha Zander
Meeting called to order at 7 PM by Jan DeKeyser, advising the purpose of the special meeting is to take action on an Agreement with the Paper Valley Youth Soccer Club for use of soccer fields at Mahler Park. She reported the draft agreement was approved by the Town Board contingent on approval by the Park Board. The document was subsequently read aloud with minor clarifications incorporated. Motion by P. Weyenberg, second by B. Keepers, to approve the Agreement, with clarifications. Motion carried. A copy of the signed Agreement is attached.
Motion by P. Weyenberg at 7:25 PM to adjourn. Second by J. VandeSande. Motion carried. The first regular meeting of the Park Board for 2010 will be at
7 PM on Monday, April 5, 2010.
