TOWN BOARD MEETING
February 8, 2010
Municipal Building

In Attendance: Jan DeKeyser, Glenn Winkler, Bob Schmeichel, Dave Dexter, and Geoff Hibner
Also in attendance: Harry Sturgis and Ben Hamblin
1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approve the minutes from the January 25th and February 1st meetings. Supervisor Winkler moved to approve the January 25th minutes. Supervisor DeKeyser seconded. Approved: 5/0. Supervisor Hibner moved to approve the February 1st minutes. Supervisor DeKeyser seconded. Approved: 5/0.
3. Open Forum Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.
a. Dustin Herlashe Sheriffs officer.
4. Open Forum for recognized municipal and county officials none
5. Discussion/Action
a. Approve Vouchers and Payroll dated 2/10/10 Supervisor Hibner moved to approve the voucher list, payroll, and February tax settlement payment. Supervisor DeKeyser seconded. Approved: 5/0
6. Old Business
a. 2010 Agreement with the Animal Welfare League No action taken. This will be put on next agenda.

b. WisLine Program alternative land use regulations February 10 (Dexter)

i. NIMS Training The first class will be taken on-line by March 15th (Schmeichel, Hibner, Dexter). The clerk will email Fire Chief for recommendation on first class. Provide certification to clerk.
j. Firefighter dinner Sunday, March 21st at 6:00pm
9. Supervisor Dexter moved to adjourn. Supervisor Winkler seconded. Approved: 5/0. 7:13 pm.
