PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
TOWN OF NEENAH
PLAN COMMISSION
Monday, April 19, 2010, 7:00 pm
Town of Neenah Town Hall
1600 Breezewood Lane, Neenah, WI 54956
In attendance from the Plan Commission: Bob Schmeichel, David Dexter, Jack Ise, Tom Wilde, and Tony Kranner
Also in attendance: Harry Sturgis
1. Bob Schmeichel all meeting to order at 7:00 pm
2. Dave Dexter moved to approve the minutes from the March 15th meeting. Tom Wilde seconded. The motion carried: 5/0.
3. Discussion/action:
a. CSM request by Davel Engineering on behalf of Harrison Sturgis Jr. Lot 1, Woodhaven and part of the southeast ¼ of the northeast ¼ section 30, T20N R17E. Bob Schmeichel moved to approve the CSM as presented. Dave Dexter seconded. There was no discussion. The motion carried: 5/0
4. New Business - none
5. Old Business – Dave Dexter noted that Town Board did decide to waive the $750 fee one time only for Mr. Sturgis’ proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
6. Future Meetings:
a. May 17th Public Hearing for the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment submitted by Di Renzo & Bomier on behalf of Harrison Sturgis Jr.
7. Dave Dexter moved to adjourn the meeting. Tony Kranner seconded. The motion carried (5/0) and the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
