TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
March 2, 2010
Municipal Building

In Attendance: Jan DeKeyser, Glenn Winkler, Bob Schmeichel, Dave Dexter, and Geoff Hibner
Also in attendance: Harrison Sturgis Jr.
1. Discussion/Action
a. Review final draft of Town of Neenah Ordinances. – All chapters were reviewed for final changes, updates, and corrections. The clerk will provide a new revision as soon as possible. Supervisor Hibner asked Mr. Sturgis if he would review the final draft and provide comments to the Board prior to the public hearing. Mr. Sturgis declined.
b. Set a Public Hearing date – Supervisor DeKeyser moved to set April 13, immediately following the annual meeting for a Public Hearing regarding the Town of Neenah Municipal Code. Supervisor Winkler seconded. The motion carried: 5/0. Supervisor Winkler moved to allow the clerk to contact Atty. St. Peter for clarification on requirements for posting and public comment. Supervisor Hibner seconded. The motion carried: 5/0.
2. Adjourn – The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 12:30 pm.
