1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approval of minutes from September 14th Meeting.
3. Open Forum – Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.
4. Discussion/Action
a. Approve Chuck Thompson/Steve Noffke request for waiver on road specification from 3-1/2 inch minimum to 3-1/4 inch for Sunset Terrace.
b. Approve Conditional Use Permit

c. Approve September 30th voucher list
d. Set Budget Hearing and Town Meeting date – November 9, 2009
e. Approve ATT Permit and establish permit fee for placing fiber cable along Green Valley Road.
f. Accept resignation of fire fighter Troy Beaudoin.
g. Approve increase in pay for deputy clerk/treasurer to $20/hour.
