1. Call meeting to order
2. Approve the minutes from the August 17 and August 31 meetings.
3. Discussion/action – .
a. Approve Conditional Use Permit
Owner: Jeffrey Ogden Applicant: John Davel
Location of Premises Affected: 1517 County O (parcel 010-0205)
Explanation: Applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to crush stone hauled in from another project site. Stone will only be use for site preparation.
b. Discuss/Action – Mach 4, Joel Ehrfurth
Project: Pujals Leasing, 188 Rockwood Lane (parcel 010-02020201)
848 sq ft addition and expand the parking lot
