1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approval of minutes from October 23 (budget), and October 26 Meetings.
3. Open Forum – Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.
4. Discussion/Action
a. Accept resignation of Sanitary District #3 Commissioner Gerald Kjemhus and appoint replacement (term expires 2015).
b. Approve November 11th voucher list.
c. Review/Approve form to amend the Comprehensive Plan and set a fee.
d. Emergency 911 Joint Powers Agreement with Winnebago County
e. Accept 2010 Budget and Levy
5. Discuss Upcoming Meetings/Events
a. November 12 – Stormwater Utility meeting
b. December 16 – Winnebago County Planning and Zoning Public Hearing
