NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF NEENAH,
WINNEBAGO COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 9, 2009, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2010 budget, which begins at 7 PM at the Town’s Municipal Building, 1600 Breezewood Lane, Neenah, a special town meeting of the electors will be held pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board for the following purposes:
1. To approve total highway expenditures for 2010 pursuant to Section 82.03 of Wisconsin Statutes.
2. To approve the 2009 town tax levy to be collected in 2010 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
