1. Open the Public Hearing for the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment submitted by Di Renzo & Bomier on behalf of Harrison Sturgis Jr.
2. Hear comments from the Public regarding the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment
3. Close the Public Hearing
1. Open the Plan Commission Meeting
2. Approve the minutes from the April 19th meeting
3. Discussion/action:
a. Zoning Change from R-1 to R-2 by Gary and Mary Van Linn (owners) and Steven Van Linn (applicant) at 108 Hedgeview Dr.
i. Hear request by owner and/or applicant
ii. Hear comments from public
iii. Recommendation to Town Board and Findings
b. Proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment submitted by Di Renzo & Bomier on behalf of Harrison Sturgis Jr.
