AGENDA
1. Approve the minutes from the May 4th meeting.
2. Discussion/Action
a. Pay certificate for Herziger Pond
b. Prairie planting quotes for Herziger Conservancy Park
c. Storm Water Appeal Neenah Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses submitted by Robert Gayhead
3. Entertain a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 19.85(1)(g) to confer and review written and/or oral legal advice by legal counsel to the Town Board as to litigation strategy and status of matters concerning the Storm Water Utility Charge Claim(s).
a. Discussion of issues
b. Motion to adjourn the closed session and reconvene into open session.
4. Action(s) to be taken on matters discussed in Closed Session
a. The Board may return to Open Session following the Closed Session to take action on matters discussed during the Closed Session. The Board is unable to predict how long it will be in Closed Session to discuss the prior matters with legal counsel.
