1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approval of minutes from June 22 (Town Board), June 24 (Town Board), June 24 (codification) and July 8 (codification) Meetings.
3. Open Forum – Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.
4. Discussion/Action
a. Approve July Vouchers and Payroll
b. Steve Noffke’s request for the Town to grant an exception to Town Road Specifications to accept the roads in Sunset Terrace Subdivision.
c. Mark Thompson’s request for the Town to finance his share ($2411) of the Plummer’s Harbor Road rebuild.
d. Approve Amendment I and Extension III of the 1993 County/Municipal Recycling Agreement
e. Discuss procedure and timing for Mike Johnson, Fun Land Go-Karting, 1423 Green Valley Road – Original Alcohol License
f. Set a date for the Public Hearing - Codification of Town Ordinances
g. DOT letter 7/2/09, regarding Maple Lane/South Park Ave and decision to continue engineering work.
h. Approve notification to owners of unlicensed dogs.
