3. Open Forum – Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.

a. Approve Resolution 2010-08: Abate Public Nuisance at 596 Hunters Point Road
b. Approve Resolution 2010-09: Abate Public Nuisance at 403 Maple Lane
c. Approve Resolution 2010-10: Abate Public Nuisance at 1745 Oakridge Place
d. Approve July 12th Vouchers and Payroll.
e. Approve Pay-off of Fire Truck Loan in the amount of $82,444.34 from reserve account.
f. Approve 2009 Annual Audit
