3. Open Forum – Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.

a. Approve Automatic Aid Agreement between the Town of Clayton and the Town of Neenah
b. Approve Resolution 2010-01, Resolution to Oppose DOR County Assessment Proposal
c. Approve Application for Temporary Class B Retailer’s License to sell fermented malt beverages for the Paynes Point Hook and Spear Club (February 12, 2010 through February 14, 2010)
d. Accept resignation of firefighter
e. Approve hire of 3 firefighters
f. Approve Vouchers and Payroll dated 1/13/10
