3. Open Forum Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.

b. Approve sales order agreement to purchase re-furbished AccuVote OS Scanner and memory card.
c. Approve 2010 Lawn Mowing agreement with Tom Buck

e. Discussion/Action Provide input to Representative Roth regarding county assessment
