1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approve the minutes from the April 12th meeting.
3. Open Forum – Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.
4. Open Forum for recognized municipal and county officials.
5. Discussion/Action
a. Discussion/Action – Appoint Weed Commissioners
b. Discussion/Action – Appoint Ed DeKeyser as Municipal Building Maintenance Supervisor/Road Superintendent
c. Discussion/Action – Picnic License for American Legion Post #33, 5/31/10 at Mahler Park.
d. Discussion/Action – Winnebago County Surplus Revenue Ballots for 2008 and 2009.
e. Approve Vouchers and Payroll dated 4/29/10
f. Discussion/Action – CSM request by Davel Engineering on behalf of Harrison Sturgis Jr. Lot 1, Woodhaven and part of the southeast ¼ of the northeast ¼ section 30, T20N R17E.
g. Discussion/Action – Rockwood Lane Road improvements
6. Old Business
a. 2010 Agreement with the Animal Welfare League
b. NIMS Training status – Target completion date for second session is April 30th.
c. Next steps for codification of ordinances.
7. New Business
a. Insurance coverage presentation by Glatfelter
