2. Approve the minutes from the July 12th Town Board meeting.
3. Open Forum – Time will be allowed with a one-time five minute limit for persons to express their opinion on matters relating to the Town.
4. Open Forum for recognized municipal and county officials.

a. Discussion/action - Woods Edge Road acceptance by exception (Rick Carlson)
b. Approve Resolution 2010-11: Inclusion Under the Wisconsin Retirement System
c. Approve July 26th Vouchers and Payroll
d. Review and determine next steps - Veolia’s proposal for recycling
e. Review/approve citation form
f. Appoint a representative to the Winnebago County Farmland Preservation steering committee.
g. Discussion/action - Fire Department by-laws, policies, and constitution
